1. Overview

We at Divora take immense pride in the quality of our products. Every order is carefully packed and checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The product is damaged or leaked during transit

  • The wrong item has been delivered

To be eligible:

  • You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include the invoice and proof of purchase


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes once opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • If you paid via COD, a refund will be made to your provided bank account or UPI ID

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will verify your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
