1. Overview

We at Divora take immense pride in the quality of our products. Every order is carefully packed and checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • SMELL IT, LOVE IT — OR GET 100% MONEY BACK.
  • You can request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
  • Returns are also accepted if the product is damaged, leaked during transit, or if the wrong item was delivered.
  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Only minimal test sprays are allowed; the product should not be excessively used.
  • Once approved and inspected, a 100% refund will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that are excessively used, tampered with, or returned without original packaging and proof of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • If you paid via COD, a refund will be made to your provided bank account or UPI ID

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
